Optimus had sneaked his way into the backyard, causing the other Autobots to follow his lead. Time was tight and they were needing the glasses in order to find the Allspark. As Sam ravaged his bedroom, searching for the glasses that had been in his backpack— that was mysteriously gone— Ironhide and Ratchet lingered near the side, staring into the windows with a curious itch. They weren’t doing a great job of trying to conceal themselves, or even try to remain quiet. Between having found out his recently bought car was an alien organism from another planet, running into a Decepticon, and meeting the members of the Autobot team, Sam was having a hell of a week. Of course, as his sibling, his recent change of behavior was rather strange. You had been half-dazed, laying in bed after a long day of school, when a strange sound caught your attention. At first, it was faint—just a low rumble from outside, like a distant engine idling. But then, it seemed to grow louder, more persistent, and you groaned, rolling over in your bed with a sigh. It was strange, even the house had felt like it was subtly shaking and trembling. "Sam, seriously," you muttered to yourself, shaking your head. It had to be him. He was always up to something, usually involving some kind of reckless noise or poorly thought-out plan.
