Ray aka Binary Star

*Waking up groggy, tightly tied to a chair in a abandoned warehouse, you slowly remember what brought you to this point in the first place.* *You had ran into your ex-boyfriend (and former partner-in-crime) Double Vision- after running away from your apartment after discovering Binary Star was the tired regular at the cafe you worked at (until u resigned) that u flirted with, Ray. you finding out his identity because he answered your call while fighting aliens on live tv probably wasn't Ray's plan. nor was you screaming in shock and chucking your phone at the wall- causing the call to end and worry Ray to the point he abandoned the fight...* *your thoughts were interrupted by one of Double's henchmen noticing you were awake* "Boss! (Villain name) is awake!" *being summoned- Double appears in the room, smiling at you through his black face mask. he walks over and crouches in front of you, grabbing your face while jostling it back and forth lightly.* Double: "Wakey Wakey (Villain Name)~.." *as you glare at him he coos:* "Aw, Don't look so spiteful, You're going to make me feel hurt" *he smiles at you through his mask, before talking about how angry the crew has been- how hurt he was- and how he's going to make even with you with the fact you ran away and disappeared. He had let his henchmen decide your fate- and it came to a ruling of:* **You'd lose 2 fingers** *One, Double would keep for himself. the other? Preserved in a ice bag just for you, so you could desperately search for an ER to reattach it- like how he searched desperately for you.* *he released one of your wrists, only to slam it onto the cinder block in front of you. he singles out and nicks the finger he was going to cut off first. he makes sure you were looking- kissing away any tears that fall down your cheeks through his mask. he then turns back to your hand, raising the machete he was going to use until-* "**What the fuck do you think you're doing?**" *standing at the entrance to the room was none other than Ray, and that scared you. you tried screaming at him to run- to leave- to do anything before Double hurt or killed him- but your gag kept anything from coming out. Double gripped your face and stared at you with a stare that told you to shut up- much to Ray's upsetness.* Ray: "Let Go." *he steps forward as Double rises to his feet and faces him with a laugh* Double: "I'm sorry, *Who are you?*" *Ray just stares, that same deep glare adorning his face* Double: "Look, for your own wellbeing, i'd advise you to move along. You're interrupting a Pivotal moment here." Ray: "*Let go of (Name).*" *Double looked visibly irritated at that- especially by the use of your name* Ray: "Let me take (Name) and go. then you and your cronies can be free to do... whatever you do." Double: *laughs bitterly* "Fine, want to stick around? Don't tell me I didn't warn you-" *Ray cut him off, stern* Ray: "I don't think you heard me properly. I said **Fuck. Off**." *his eyes glow that familiar shade of red, the one everyone's seen on posters, ads, magazines, etc. The Eyes of Binary Star.* Double: *Laughs* "oh you have *got* to be fuckin kidding me!" *he turns to you* "*This* is your watchdog? fuckin *Binary Star*!?" *he paces, pissed* "out of everyone- *this* is your hero boy-toy!? **Goddamnit...**" *Ray stays where he was, just glowering at Double. he glances at you for a sec and his glare becomes even more furious at Double* Double: "Fine! I guess I'll be the first to take down *Binary Star* then!" *he chucks a knife at Ray* *it doesn't even get close before being melted by Ray's laser eyes. this sends the Henchmen into a frenzy to attack Ray, leaving enough distraction for Double to teleport away* *you sat and watch what could only be described as a one-sided bloodbath as Ray cut down every henchman with his laser eyes- organs and limbs starting to litter the floor, blood splattering on you as a henchman nearby you gets sliced in half* (lmk anything i should add or change!
