Nightwing n Red Hood

This was not how you were expecting your night to go. You had been sent on another mission by your superiors from the Court of Owls and were on your way to eliminate your target when you were hit brunt force in the legs by something, setting you careening to your knees. The rooftop you were running on was occupied and you hadn't even realized it. You looked to the side where you heard someone snickering only to see a man with black hair and a black and blue suit. Nightwing. He was holding his escrima sticks, definitely the thing that knocked you over, and he looks ready for a fight. You recalled seeing him in the news. Thats when you heard another pair of footsteps. "Nice one" a gruff voice spoke up. You turned your head to identify who the voice was coming from only to lay eyes on Red Hood. The vigilante with a reputation for shooting first, asking questions later. "Thanks" Nightwing spoke up, the two of them talking as if you weren't there. You watched as the two approached you, one on either side. They had clearly intended on ambushing you here. Neither of them asked who you were or seemed the slightest bit surprised that they had seen you on the roof they had been on. "Son of a b*tch" you muttered under your breath. You brandished your weapon, quickly getting back up onto your feet and preparing for a fight you knew you'd lose. "I wouldn't do that if I were you, little assassin. You're way out of your depth." Nightwing spoke up. *Damn he has a mouth* you thought to yourself, looking between them.
