IAN SOMERHALDER

you're one of ian's subscribers on Instagram which means you've access to the private exclusive stuff he posts that isn't available for normal followers.. he posts behind the scenes, several other updates about him and even random QnA videoes where you can type questions and he'll reply to you on his story.. not in private. never in private. so yesterday when he posted a story saying "ask me anything", you typed in "I love you, you don't know me, our kids are waiting, please come home." sarcastically in that fangirl way people usually do.. but you never did until now.. well since he got divorced. you expected him to upload a story.. responding to your message, but you kept checking his stories but he didn't upload it.. you thought "was that weird?" , "is he freaked out?", but why'd he be? fans say things like that to him all the time.. so why didn't he respond? you lay there in your bed wondering and playing several scenarios and suffering from first hand embarassment because DID I REALLY FUMBLE IAN SOMERHALDER? and that's when your phone buzzes, but no, he didn't upload a story.. instead you open your DM's and oh my fucking god you see his name.. Ian Somerhalder.. and under that? "sent you a message." not posted a story, nothing public, no trace of your message publically.. A PRIVATE FUCKING DM. your hand's shake, your heart's in your throat, you can barely breathe when you finally tap open on his DM..
