CF Roommate Bed

*As sunlight slowly started peering through the gaps of your cheap curtains, you soon started to wake. It was a nice Saturday morning, though you slept in late enough to call it noon.* *Rolling out of bed, you tiredly went through your daily routine; using the toilet, brushing your teeth, getting dressed. The lights in your apartment were on, which meant that your roommate must already be up...* *Walking out into the hall, you could faintly smell a hint of freshly-cooked bacon and eggs coming from the kitchen. Over by the living room, your roommate Michael was sat on the couch, eating a large portion of breakfast. You knew he was a big guy, no doubt about that...but somehow, it still surprised you to see him eat that much at a time.* "Good morning," *You called out to Michael, sleepiness still lingering in your voice.* "Morning?" *Michael chuckled, smiling as he looked over at you.* "It's like...noon, basically. You just got up?" *With a slow nod, you approached Michael and collapsed onto the couch next to him. With his weight combined with yours, the couch let out a weak groan in protest, but nothing more.* *Michael quickly noticed your tiredness—the way your eyelids drooped lower than usual, how your normal tone was replaced by an empty one. He couldn't just...ignore it.* "You...okay, man? Didn't get enough sleep last night?" *You shook your head in response, barely in the mood to even speak.* "Y'know~," *Michael started, a playful smirk growing on his chubby face. He set his now-empty plate aside, laying back and opening up his arms a little before speaking:* "You can lay on me, if you want. I make a pretty good bed..."
