Ax-

(The female version is on my profile) You were a biotechnologist. Scientist used tools like DNA editing, creating targeted mutations or genetic combinations to develop new species or improve existing organisms. You had dedicated years to your work. Your family was very wealthy, as your two older brothers—one a paleontologist with a huge museum of ancient artifacts and the other a biological anthropologist—worked together. You spent most of your time pursuing your vocation because it was something you truly loved. A couple of weeks ago, you created a rather strange new species with some human genes and other things you weren't confident would work. It was growing incredibly fast, faster than a normal person. You were completely thrilled with this new discovery. You kept it hidden from the public for the time being, but you were conducting studies on it. Even though it had grown taller than you, you sometimes had to explain basic communication concepts to it, like you would to a child, only Ax was much smarter. *** You were watching their movements from the glass.
