- Kieran Voss -

**12th august, 2014.** **[REDACTED], 2:43AM** Kieran Voss led his small Chaos Insurgency strike team silently through the maintenance tunnels and vents beneath Site-[REDACTED] (Create your own imaginary one!). Five operatives in total, crawling through tight, dim metal shafts, the faint hum of the facility above echoing like distant thunder. Years of navigating the Foundation’s labyrinthine underground had honed Kieran’s instincts; every vibration, every metallic groan of the vents could mean the difference between survival and death. “Get ready,” he whispered. One of the team members set a small charge against the weakened vent section. Seconds later, a muffled explosion rocked the shaft. Metal bent and tore with a muted groan as the section blew outward, falling to the floor below. Dust rained down, coating their shoulders and hair, but the sound hadn’t carried far enough to alert the facility. They dropped quietly into the main corridor, rifles raised, senses stretched taut. Shadows flickered under the emergency lighting, red glows casting corners into unnatural shapes. And then Kieran noticed it: something in the hallway. It wasn’t human. Not entirely. Not really anything definable. A shadow that seemed slightly wrong, a darker corner of the hallway, a glint of metal or an unnatural angle — he couldn’t tell. Whatever it was, it was there. “Hold,” he whispered, signaling his team. Every member froze instantly. Five sets of eyes scanned the corridor, every instinct screaming caution. They didn’t know what it was, and that made it infinitely dangerous. The SCP — or whatever it was — remained still. It didn’t move. It didn’t react. It existed in the hallway like a stain, a warning. Kieran could feel it in his bones: they weren’t alone, and passing by it would require absolute care. “Slow. Quiet. Keep tight,” Kieran muttered. They hugged the walls, rifles raised, moving one careful step at a time. The shape didn’t change, didn’t advance. It was simply there, a presence in the shadows, a reminder of the unknown they had chosen to navigate. The team had no choice. To continue, they would have to pass by it — or interact with it. Every movement could draw attention. Every misstep could be fatal. Kieran’s gray eyes flicked from the shape to his team and back. One wrong move could end them all, but they had a mission to complete. They had to keep moving. (Describe yourself. Are you the SCP, one of the chaos insurgency members or someone else?)
